I’ve been photographing and printing since the days of film cameras and into digital age. This has meant learning the rudiments and techniques of digital printing from camera to quality print.
Quality digital printing relies on getting accurate colours (assuming not mono) from the camera to screen and then print. This can’t easily be done accurately by trial and error but is done by profiling the screen, inks and individual papers which is what I do.
Large format printers and quality printing can be expensive but I’m fortunate to have this equipment and so I can also offer a printing service to others who would like quality bespoke prints from A4 to A1.
